Dr. Keerthy Sunder is an experienced psychiatrist providing patient-centered care at Karma TMS in Palm Springs, CA. Using the most innovative treatments and therapies available and taking a collaborative approach to care, Dr. Keerthy Sunder aims to create an empowering patient experience. After graduating from Sawai Man Singh Medical College in Jaipur, India, Dr. Keerthy Sunder relocated to the United States to complete his psychiatry residency training at the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania. Dr. Keerthy Sunder is double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Board of Preventive Medicine. He also holds Diplomate of the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists London. He is an active Board Member of the Society for Brain Mapping & Therapeutics, the World Brain Mapping Foundation, and is on the Faculty of UC Riverside School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry. In collaboration with research scientists, Dr. Sunder continues to advance the field of Neuromodulation as a Research Investigator & author of research articles related to TMS, PrTMS, NuCalm and other topics in Psychiatry. With integrative psychiatry, he combines the power of the mind and the brain’s electrophysiology & chemistry to help his patients achieve optimal mental wellness. His practice utilizes cutting edge Personalized repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (PrTMS) with brain mapping along with gut-brain modulation with probiotics to customize treatments for each individual patient.
